The Unbounded Sound of Me is a collection of the most popular jazz standards translated into Persian. In this project you will experience some unique unprecedented musical interpretations to these songs often fusing jazz improvisation with Middle-Eastern rhythms, melodies and muqams.
This first EP has been released in April 2020 by “Daf Daf Production” a label founded by Mohsen Namjoo (an Iranian outstanding musician based in New York).
Again by Daf Daf Production, the second EP of The Unbounded Sound of Me project was officially released in April 2021.
